This is how your clamped parts will look. Do the last side lamination now and put it in the blocks with the other side. The yellow glue will set in about 5 min and you can open the clamp to check alignment. If something shifted you can pry them apart to fix it. If not put the clamps back on and set them aside for about an hour. When I am doing this it is a continuous process. Glue a side, clamp, glue the ends, clamp, glue a side, clamp, and so on.
